Processing Time


All orders are processed within 1-5 business days.

During busy periods (such as holidays or product launches), processing times may be slightly longer. If there is any significant delay with your order, you will be notified by email.


Shipping Methods & Delivery


We ship all orders using Royal Mail. A tracking number is always provided, and you will receive this via email once your order has been dispatched.


Estimated delivery times:

  • Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked: 1–2 business days
  • Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked: 2–4 business days
  • Royal Mail International Tracked: 5–12 business days (destination dependent)


Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Rates


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen shipping method, and the weight/size of your order.


International Shipping


We offer international shipping to most countries using Royal Mail International Tracked services. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import fees that may apply.

Customs processing times are outside of our control and may extend delivery times.


Order Tracking


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this to track your order’s progress.


Address Accuracy


Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incomplete or incorrect address information.

If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels


If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in locating your parcel using the Royal Mail tracking system.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item so we can help resolve the issue.
