🌿 Is everything handmade?

Yes! Every Fox & Fennel piece is made or hand-finished by me in my little studio in South Wales. I love creating things by hand, and I hope that little bit of time, care and personality comes through in every order.

🦊 Where are you based?

Fox & Fennel is based in the beautiful Swansea Valley in South Wales. I’m Welsh-born and have always had a huge love for the countryside, wildlife and nature, which inspires much of what I create.

🎨 Why might my item look slightly different from the photograph?

That’s one of the lovely things about handmade! Colours, fabrics, patterns and finishes can vary slightly from one piece to another. Your item may not be completely identical to the photograph, but it will be made with the same care and attention.

📦 How quickly will my order be sent?

I aim to dispatch most orders within 3–5 working days. Some handmade or made-to-order pieces may take a little longer.

If you need something for a particular date, please get in touch before ordering and I’ll always do my best to help.

💌 How will my order arrive?

Your order will be carefully wrapped and packaged to help keep it safe on its journey to you. I also try to use recyclable and reusable packaging wherever I can.

🚚 Do you provide tracking?

Where tracking is available, I provide a Royal Mail tracking number so you can keep an eye on your parcel’s journey.

🎁 Can I send an order directly to someone as a gift?

Of course! Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout. If you’d like to add a little gift message or have a particular request, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.

✨ Do you make personalised or custom pieces?

Yes! I love creating something a little bit different. If you have an idea for a personalised gift, piece of artwork or handmade item, please get in touch.

🖼️ Are your art prints made from your own artwork?

Yes. My prints are created from my own original artwork, much of which is inspired by wildlife and the natural world.

I work in a variety of mediums including watercolour, coloured pencil, acrylic, pastel and mixed media.

🌱 Are your products environmentally friendly?

I try to make thoughtful choices wherever possible, including using recyclable or reusable packaging and repurposing materials when I can.

As someone who loves nature and wildlife, reducing unnecessary waste is important to me.

💚 Do you make everything in large quantities?

No. Fox & Fennel is a small, independent handmade business, so many pieces are made in small batches or individually.

This means that some designs may only be available in limited numbers — once they’re gone, they may not always return!

↩️ What if I change my mind about my order?

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’ve changed your mind about an item, please see my Returns & Refunds page for full details.

Personalised and made-to-order items may have different return conditions.

🛍️ Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! I offer selected Fox & Fennel products to independent shops and retailers.
